This is fun--everytime I check in things change. I like these colors. The brown and gray.

I'm kicking as I get pushed into the "new" era of web design, which includes blogging. I'm heading in this direction:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0

I guess it's about being interactive, or Web-as-participation-platform.

Sorry, I don't like this theme.
    Everything blends too much.

We're all different - I think the new color scheme is harder on the eyes. The blue shades were much better for me.

does the software the board runs on support different color schemes that people can select in their profile? seems like I have seen some that do

    Dave -

I believe it does. It's on my list of stuff to do. I will never be able to settle on a scheme that everyone will be happy with. Too this, too that. In the end, I will err on the side of bland verses splashy, for sake of reading. I find sage green, tan and grey to be very pleasant on my eyes, like the old board. If I load in a bunch of style templates, members can choose their own scheme.
    Regards, Barry

Well, if you wait long enough, it's bound to change!
It takes me a couple of days for my eyes to adjust well to a color scheme before I decide if I like it or not.
    So bear with me.

I thought there may be some "default" color schemes that could be available as well as whatever "custom" one you put together
just a thought, I like it all just fine
