    Default Droneless

I have had this hive about three months now and the queen has yet to lay a single drone. Is this unusual or anything to be concerned about?

She is otherwise quite a prolific egg layer with a good pattern.

They are probably still in establishment mode and don't see a need for drones just yet. I would not worry about it.
