news station out of winston-salem, nc did a segment on the benefits of honey. i have already gotten some inquiries, from this. the website is www.wxii12.com you may have to search around for archive. the date was 07-16-08. the 5pm was the full segment "can honey cure your allergy woes"

Most o fthe requests I get for honey is to help allergies. The "official" position is that the claims have no scientific basis, but too many people provide anectodal evidence to the contrary.
