When should I add another super? I placed one on top of my two hive bodys 3 weeks ago and there is alot of honey it it but not capped yet. I added another one under the one they've been working on. Was it to soon to add or should I have waited for them to cap the first super?
Don't wait for it to be capped. Keep open supers on. They need somewhere to put the nectar coming in to dry it. I would make sure any strong hive has at least two boxes of empty foundation or four of drawn comb ,if I have it, during a flow.
Thanks Mr. Bush I was hoping to hear something like that.
