Queen cells found in two week old hive

I started my first two hives this year from packages two weeks ago. I inspected them yesterday and the second hive had 5 or 6 supercedure cells on a couple of frames. There are some brood cells with eggs no larva or capped brood cells. This morning I tried to find the queen didnt see her but Im a novice so that doesnt mean shes not there anymore. Just wondering if this is normal behavior for a new hive or if there is something wrong that i may have to correct. Thanks

Supercedure happens to more new packages than most suppliers would admit. I would let nature take it's course.

If you have eggs and it is laying one per cell then you have a queen laying. Two weeks you should be seeing eggs, maybe tiny larvae but won't see capped brood yet. If the supercedure cells are empty then I wouldn't worry too much about them...

just think, now your hive will have a queen raised on comb not contaminated by whatever the package producer has used in the past
