If you have several frames of honey could they be placed into the freezer, for a week or two, without 'hurting' the honey? Will freezing prevent or least slow down crystalization?
thx

It's been my experience with freezing frames of honey destined for cut comb honey that freezing had no ill effects. Freezing will definitely hold off crystalization, but I do it to insure any wax moth eggs are frozen and dead.

Hi Mr Green Thumb !
I also put my frames in the freezer that I plan on using for cut comb honey. I herd that the freezer is a good place to store honey long term.
