    Fire engine red propolis, anyone else seen anything like this? Its pretty cool!

    Hey you might have a hot commodity! The red stuff from Brazil is all the rage for apitherapy. Never actually seen it though...would be cool to see a pic

    Smile Red stuff

    Good photo!
    It kind of looks like the red goop that I dipped my hive tool in so that it does not cut into my hands.
    I have had Dentine chewing gum used by the bees as propolis. They were in plum pollination about 1/2 mile from a school.

    Default Red Propolis

    I have seen the same in New England. If you flake it off and burn it with a lighter
    it will sizzle and burn with a great smell. I'd like to know what it is too.
