when is it too late to hive a swarm or a cut out... I had a make shift nuc that I placed a small cutout. I gave them three frames that I had wired in from a earlier cutout. This past weekend I moved them into a 10 frame. seven frames are foundation plus the three cutout frames. Do they have a chance to build up enough to make it through the winter?
