    Hey, CHEF ISAAC!

Saturday evening, on the Food Network, on cable, I caught an episode of IRON CHEF AMERICA. (One of my favorite shows.) The secret ingredient was HONEY.

They had clover, buckwheat, and wildflower honeys available, plus comb honey, and pollen.

Hamachi with honey glaze, scallops with honey brulee, milk and honey shake with black tapioca pearls, honey comb fritters, seared duck breast with honey glaze, buckwheat soba noodles in vegetable broth with buckwheat honey and rose foam, blue cheese ice cream with honey and pollen . . .
    Pretty dang creative.
