Got some queens shipped to me. Each queen was in a her own little cage in a battery box with lots of workers to feed queens. It was interesting to see that some cages had more workers feeding the queen then other cages. Some cages had some bees feeding her, some had non.

This lead to another thought. The queens that had more workers attending to them... does that mean that they will be better queens? Maybe the phermone is stronger.
