I'd have to rob a bank for that set up....I piece-mealed mine together by buying used equipment and have saved myself a small fortune. I still have a few things to get...come to think of it, I will always have a few things to get...

I advertised in a local paper for a few months "Looking for used beekeeping equipment" and I bought some equipment from my mentor(s) and I have bought directly off of ebay. Oh, and I have bought some items that were advertised here on Beesource.
