Liability issues from Stings

I am a tad concerned about what others may feel my liability is when I;

1. Have a hive in my back yard and a bee stings a neighbor.
2. A bee stings someone while I am working a hive on someone else's property.

To answer my own questions and see if I am right see the following;
1.
a. Who knows if it is even bees from my back yard. They may need to prove it came from my hive.
b. What were they doing when they got stung? Some people get hit by cars driving on a road not because the driver did anything wrong but because the person jumped in front of the car.

2.
a. I think some care has to be taken to warn others about your activities but beyond that I don't know what I can do.

If there is some sort of waver anybody uses I would love to know what it is and maybe use it.

in regards to liability it is my understanding that this snip of your is the first legal hurdle someone might have to determine:

although I keep more than a few bees here at my residents my neighbors have never complained. I do bribe each household with a small jar of honey when I first begin extracting.

The sad truth is that even if someone doesn't have a good legal argument, it doesn't necessarily stop them from suing. It does matter how the court will rule though...

IMO, waivers are a psychological deterant from people suing but really don't have any legal weight. (I have no legal training, just an opinion)

Get some insurance and rest your mind...
I think the legal bills for defense could be more than many could tolerate from a financial standpoint, never-the-less the financial impact from losing a court case...
