Nucs

I had bees years ago. Still have some hives in the shed.
Today , Fri., my son informed me he would be bringing 2 nucks over Sunday.
I shold manage them for him in the vine crop fields.
Problem; I am not sure what a nuck is or how to install them.
Any information will be usefull and appreciated.

Its usually five deep frames with a queen, brood and bees. You can just take the frames and put them in the hive.
