    Default define nectar flow

How do the experienced beekeepers define a nectar flow? Tried searching - no luck.
So much advice is given using timing to the nectar flow. Is it dandelion bloom, or apple, or ??

    Thanx,

The way I use it, a nectar flow is anytime there is nectar available. A honey flow is when the hives are rapidly gaining weight from stored honey.
