Supers from abandoned hive

Is it ok to put a new package of bees in boxes of drawn out comb that a colony has just left because they abandoned the hive? (Probably CCD)

Sure, you can do it but SHOULD you do it? If you suspect disease at all, maybe you want new equipment. It's always best if you know why the bees are gone. Then, you can make a better decision as to whether you want to re-use boxes, frames, comb, etc.
