Default Small Hive Beetle CD Jewel Case Traps

I'd like to install SHB jewel case traps on some of my hives and can't remember the protocol such as:

Are the "slim" cases used, vice the old style thicker cases?
The tabs that are broken off... are they the half-moon shaped ones that keep the lid locked in?
Do you add anything in the trap, like tanglefoot, etc?

    thanks for any advice,
    Richard

yep, I found that post (sorry for not posting the link in the OP), but I still was not clear about the type of jewel case and what tabs to break off.

That post also referred to using roach bait in the cases, which is something I personally wouldn't use in my management as it's not labeled for such use and the baits that contain fipronil (Maxforce FC) are just too risky IMO to use anywhere near social insects.
