information on nucs dealers in NC

I am looking to buy a couple nucs and maybe a package this year to increase. I found two listing in our state monthly paper that are offering Italian 5 frame nucs for $85.00. They are both about the same distance from me and both state inspected. I wanted to see if anyone here knows of either of these and can recommend one of these or maybe someone else that may be in central NC. They are Sam Frogge and John Redmond, both of Statesville, NC. Also, does anyone know of a good dealer for the 2008 breed of new russian packages that will ship them? Also, when starting with a nuc is it better to have the other 5 frames that you give them be foundation or fully drawn comb, and the same for a package?
