Default Recording Keeping for Queens Rearing

What are you more organized beekeepers doing for record keeping in regards of following queen cells from a certain breeding colony?

And what kind of schedules do you keep as far as knowing what needs to be done when?

What seems to work for you all?

    Default Yard Sheet

You should be keeping colony records on a yard sheet. You can make your own, with the traits you think important such as...

    colony number
    breeder queen number
when queen or cell was introduced
    brood pattern
    brood amount
    honey produced
    sugar fed
    temper
    diseases present
    etc.

By keeping good records on each colony, and queen, you can make an intellegent decision on breeder queen selection

One example of a yard sheet from the Dyce Lab at Cornell...

Also at that site is a bit about using their card...abbreviations, etc.
