Bee’otch is a small-scale, artisan bee yard that consists of only two hives. We strive to maintain the purity and healthfulness of our honey by avoiding the use of chemicals and heat. Our honey is hand bottled in simple glass jars that highlight the natural beauty and color of the honey. Each bottle is hand-labeled with a number unique to its hive and bottle number. Look for us at the Saint John’s Farmer’s Market during the summer of 2010.
