    Default Deformed Wing Virus info

There is a great article about DWV in the November 07 issue of ABJ, p962.

I found it interesting that asymptomatic bees carry DWV in their adbomens and thorax and "only demonstrate clinical symptoms if DWV exist in there heads".

Question: How does DWV invade the head of symptomatic bees?

    Mutation of the virus?
    Mites put it there?
