Brix conversion

can someone give me the formula for converting brix to specific gravity? i know i've read it somewhere, but now that i have the refractometer i cant seem to find the info.

[SIZE=3] {Plato/(258.6-([Plato/258.2]*227.1)}+1 = Specific gravity

Or ballpark it and multiply by four to get GUs: 10 Balling = 1.040
