I Put Together My First Patch Of Pyment Last Night. I Am Using Fresh Grapes From One Of The Local Vineyards (pinot Noir).
This Vineyard Does Not Use Commercial Yeast In There Wine Making. So I Thought I Would Give It A Role And See If This Would Also Work For The Pyment.
About 15 Pounds Of Grapes And 12-15 Lbs Of Honey With Alot Of Nutrient Added For The Yeast, Has Anyone Else Tried This??? If It Gets Stuck Is There Anyway To Start It Up Without Adding A Commercial Yeast????

I Will Also Do A Second Batch With A Commercial Yeast. Will Be Freezing The Grapes First For This Second Batch. Was Hoping To Have A Side By Side Comparsion.
