    Default need package of bees

My kids decided that they wanted to raise bees. It has been 10 years since I have done this. Before I had three hives of Italian bees. I did not know in advance enough to plan for this. I live in Monroe county in Indiana if anyone in my area has nucs or packages I would much appreciate it.
I think it is a good hobby to have and want to encourage them in this. Not to mention they have sparked my interest again!

    Thanks

Packages are pretty much sold out for the season....your best bet is to find someone with nucs for sale...and soon, because they will also be sold out soon.

I believe it was Gardener's Apiaries in GA that told me that they would have some packages toward the end of May. I talked to them last week. Their telephone number is Area code (912) 367-9352. I have never used their bees, so I cannot tell you much about them.

These folk still had some as of today when I ordered 2. They're shipping the second week of June and going fast. They also don't respond to email so you'll have to go to their site and get their phone # listed with their address.

Try Nick at trapper_220@yahoo.com he is near Holland Michigan and may have some nucs. I believe you would have to go pick them up.

Here are a few in-State contacts for bees:

    Roger & Juanita Graham

I get my bees from them. They are sold out of nucs. Might be able to sell you a package.
