Soon to be a first time mead Maker I've read alot about the prosess through this Forum. My question is about honey types. My favorite Commercialy made Mead is Oliver- Camelot Mead from here in Indiana it uses honey from Orange Blossems. But does this matter if it is, a off the shelf store bought general honey or apple, cherry, wildflower or anyother type of Natural honey to make a good smooth sweet mead. (Any recomendations)
ALSO I come from a fruit wine background (Pear with good results) But I could use a little help as to the Idea of coldbrew, besides the fact of a faster to drink wine the pro's and con's of this method -v- standard mead making, thanks for any help
