Nice looking piece of equipment FROM THE PICTURE...that's all I have to go by...
Following an earlier thread, I ordered the handy dandy radial extractor from Betterbee, the flat round one, that will extract standard or Top Bars.
That was in April:
"Thank you for ordering from Betterbee...on
4/20/06 at 7:25:17 PM EST. After your order is processed, in stock items are normally shipped within 2-4 business days. Back ordered items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery."
Then, later,
"Thank you for ordering with Betterbee on our website! The following items you ordered are currently on backorder: EXTRACTOR . This is on order, and we are expecting them within the next two weeks."
After that time went by, I emailed and got this reply:
"The extractor is still not available. We might have that in by the end of July, but no guarantees."
OK...then later:
"...As far as the extractor, we do not
anticipate having that until the beginning of August."
Now:
"We anticipate the extractor being available by the end of August. Thank You for Your Interest"
I'm defintely LOSING interest...
These extractors apparently are not even in country yet. Is this characteristic of dealings with Betterbee? Why do the list and take orders on items they do not have...items of which they have no idea when they will receive? I sure wish someone would have warned me on that one...

I might make the rim and edge a little taller so that several layers of comb could be extracted at the same time. That might easily turn a 3 frame extractor into a 9 frame one.
