In europe the be houses are with vertical hives, especially with the A-Z hive which has no supers but is a vertical hive with opening from the backside. So you can put two or even three hives on top of each other. If you do this with a tbh (stack them)how would you check the hives?

Thanks Sasha...
I thought maybe they were staggered so you could work them, but to be candid, I don't really understand how bee houses work.
What is an A-Z hive?
Thanks,
Jimmy

Bee houses are used in colder regions ,like in Alps in Europe. In bee houses bees easier maintain the temperature,or it is suposed to work like this.
