Swarm question

I just got a call from a friend who asked if I wanted a swarm. She opened her attic and said there were bees comming out and they looked furry. I'm going over to confirm they are honey bees now, if so any idea how to hive them in a top bar.

I'd build frames the shape of your top bar and cut the combs and tie them in, if they are accessable. My bet is they are in the soffit but find their way into the attic at times.
