Entrance Hole Location & Size?

I've never tried it, but I've seen them use a bottom entrance in a soffit and they did fine.

Mice will still get in there. They can climb shear wooden structures.

I wouldn't put it past them, but they seem to not get in my hives that are up on tables and I'm sure they COULD climb them, but they don't seem to.
