A good honey recipe

Tried this for the first time last night. Just plain it was akin to a cream cheese icing but as it was made with my local honey it had a delicious flavor to it.

"Honey Cream"
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz heavy cream
3 T honey

Beat together until fluffy. Use instead of whipped cream on fruit, poundcake, pancakes.
