I noticed in the package of Cordovan workers with a Carnolian queen, that I put in my observation hive on 4.95mm waxed PermaComb, that the brood emerged eleven days after they were capped. This is a day earlier than they should. Anyone else notice this on small cell?

This is what you should be seeing. Speeded up genetics happens as honeybees go smaller, and slows down as they are artificially enlarged.
Go down in size again into the 4.9 and upper 4.8 range and you will lose another day.
