Build a small box of 1x2or3's around the first one you build, making sure all is square, on a piece of plywood then you just have to set the pieces in and gle and nail together.

Do you have a workbench? If so, screw a 2'x2x2 to the bench...and against the wall. Next, screw another 2x2...length optional...perpendicular to the first. This forms a right angle that can be used as a square. One side of the square is the second 2x2. Opposite that...about 17 inches away, screw 2 toggle clamps to the bench.

Assemble your super, and push into square...engage toggles. The super is held tight and square. If you want more, attach two wood clamps...24" adjustable kind...to the top edge. I staple at this point, front, turn around, back. Remove from jig, and do sides. You could probably do similar with nails.

Also, this jug can be used for all behive parts...covers, bottoms, etc.

I've seen a jig made like the frame nailing jigs except big enough for three or more boxes. I was thinking of building one of those this year.

Trevor....... that is one heck of a jig!!
If you apply a little too much pressure
you would turn it into 8 frame boxes.
