I have the small one. Don't use it unless I get caught extracting well in to winter. Have used it 2 or 3 times. I don't care for the honey that gets heated from it. If you are producing a lot of cappings you will need two separator buckets. I for many years have washed my drained cappings in cold water or soaked them for 24 hrs. in a 5 gal. bucket, then dried them on a fiber glass window screen in the shade. The dry cappings then are put in to a solar wax melter.
