I was wondering if storing honey supers outside on pallets and covered with a tarp is o.k.? It gets to -40 C in the winter over here and IÂ’m limited on space to store them! Most of the foundation is plastic so wax moth is not an issue

I would still put a solid bottom on them reason is the little field mice will set up home in them. Otherwise I don't see any problems.

Seal them up as tight as you can with a top and bottom to keep out the mice and moths as much as you can. I don't have a good place to store mine and stack them up in the shade with no tarp. I'd be afraid they'd get too hot under the tarp.
