Fume boards??

Anyone else make your own fume boards? I would like to know what fabric to use when making fume boards? They look easy enough! Thanks

The key here is "thin". The cloth must
be heated by the sheet metal, so you
do not want too much cloth mass to heat.

Use cotton, cotton/polly, whatever.

Just so long as there is good contact
between the sheet metal and the cloth,
specifics matter little.
