Greetings fat/beeman,
Mann Lake sells 7" x 7" empty mesh bags for menthol. Guess they could be reused.
1 bag = $0.10 ea
3000 bags = $240
Per 2003 catalog, p34.
Will a 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" tea bag hold 50 grams or 1/3 cup of pellets?
I have read, "Pellets should be arranged as flat as possible in packet to avoid lumps. This will improve evaporation of crystals."

Since you are "filling" your own . . . . Why not make a "pouch" using screen wire and refill over and over. If you recycle the screen from old door or etc., you would not have to buy anything but menthol.
