aligning top bars

My top bars fell inside 3 of my hives and bees have build combs across them

Is there any one who can help I a can correct this. Should I removeall the combs and start religning? Wiil the bees stay?

If you don't they will just keep making a bigger mess of things. Are you saying ALL your comb is now in this mess? Try to salvage what is attaced to the bar if you can, but if you can't I wouldn't sweat it too much.
