Howdy Dr. R --

My thanks to you for sending the Thymol powder so promptly. It's for "just in case" I have T.Mites. An unexpected advantage is an increase in drop rate of V.mites and beetles.

Because of illness, my bees were neglected all winter, spring, and summer. V.Mites increased and Beetles really exploded in number just after taking off honey. A combination of FGMO/Thymol fog and tray sprayed with liquid Coumophos/oil under a # 6 screened bottom board has brought the problem under control --- after losing 25% of my hives before I found the right solution.
