    Hello!

I have wood frame windows that yellowed from sun or ozone. I want to stain and varnish, but how to bring back the clean wood look?

I suspect bleach will do it, but at waht strength and do I scrub ect?

PS. this is new wood, never been stained or painted.

    Thanks!

You can also do nothing.... Not being a smart
aleck here. Try staining a small section that
is not visible and you may be surprised. I had
a similar situation and after playing with some
stain you'd never know the difference.

    Good luck Joe......

I have cleaned decks with a 50% bleach and 50% water mixture and a pressure washer which turned out great.

I hot pressure wash at 1500 psi. Makes old wood look new.Might need bleach to get out the yellow.
