Graft less systems?

I am thinking about trying one of these systems for raising queens. Will only be used to produce a small quanity of queens. Is this a good system? Do you know of any good information on the use of this system? Is there any real difference in the systems or just different names(ex. Nicot, Jenter, etc...)? Thanks for your help
