Can any Foul Brood or other diseases be transferred or spread by using Propolis? I really do not think it would but before trying out Georges epiphany I thought I should check!

Since the bees don't feed it to the young it seems pretty unlikely. Since it has antimicrobial porperites it seems more likely that it would prevent diseases than tranfer them.
