SHB trap question

I was reading and am constructing a couple SHB hive traps and have a question. At the site

the FGMO soaked sawdust. How soaked is soaked? Do I need to make it into a slurry? Or mud pie consistancy? Thanks for your time folks! I really do appreciate it! David

All you have to do is make sure there is no dry dust David, you don't need to have any excess liquid.
