Oxalic vs. formic and corrosion

Do oxalic treatments -- esp. vaporization -- cause corrosion on metal hive parts like formic does? To a similar degree?

I noticed that Dadant has a new plastic SBB w/stainless steel screen which will last longer.

I don't have much metal in my hives, but I do have a SBB. I haven't noticed any on the hives I've treated with Oxalic.

I haven't seen any corrosion inside the hive from oxalic.
