AFB treatment?

What is everyones recommendations on AFB? Do you treat whether you have it or not?

Traditionally the safe thing to do is treat with terramycin at least once a year. That's the safest. I personlly think it's more of a stress disease and if you take care of other stresses it's less of a problem. I might treat a hive I think is stressed.
