Pollen traps

I need help! I got 2 Dadant pollen traps today. It looks like they sit under the hive and let bees in through 4 holes. Do I set these under the hives full time?

Maybe I should have gotten the Sundance as I recall that they let you turn the trap on and off so to speak? Anyone have experience with these traps?

Any experience with handling the pollen, pricing it?
