Mine goes from about 80F to maybe 180F. I could actually use it to melt wax. The numbers you will use to warm honey will be from 100F to 140F. more will hurt the flavor.

The lower the temperature the less impact on flavor.
What are you looking to do? Gravity straining / filtering or pumping / filtration

If you are looking to just help with gravity filtration and settling, then 90 - 100F will make a big differance.

If you want to pump and pressure filter, than a higher temperature will be required.

The room I do my extraction and bottling in, when I am extracting, I raise the room temperature to about 90F and place the supers in the room. I let them sit overnight and the following evening I extract, strain, and bulk pack the honey.
