You people always have the best advice and I am going to have to change my beekeeping operation from full bodies to medium bodies this year because of a back problem. How is the best way to convert them over?

Howdy D --
After you add 1 or 2 medium supers and get
them in use, put your deep on top over a QX
to allow all brood to hatch. As soon as the
frames are empty of brood put them out 100 yards or so from the hives so the honey can
be removed by field bees.
Run the frames/combs over the table saw to
reduce to 5 7/8". Nail on a bottom bar and
you have a good 6 1/4" frame/comb.
Run the deep box over the saw to leave a
6 5/8" box and you have it.
