I'm using the eye sight method, I just pick larvae that have just started to make the "C" shape, I pick very small and almost translucent larvae.
My first attempt I used larvae that was a little too old, and it didn't turn out very good. The second attempt I picked much smaller larvae and things went well. Now it's getting easy to pick the right age just by eye sight.
My grafting stuff finally showed up, and now all I have to do is set up some cell builders and get started. This should be fun!!!!! Glad your having some luck CFF. LOL
