Mead

I am growing in my mead making and would like to better understand things. Guess it is time to buy a book. Would anyone care to comment on the books they have related to mead making? Currently I have 5 5 gallon batches going. If you know of any good resources please post them also.

I am not a mead maker (yet) and I have not read this book however it is the one most highly recommended by a certified mead judge at a mead making demonstration I attended recently.

Many brewers/meadmakers whose opinions I respect in such matters recommend the rec.crafts.meadmaking newsgroup as an excellent source of information.
