Poor honey production?

Swarms have sure hurt my Honey Production.
And mean bees haven't helped.

its been a very strange yr for sure low rain inturn means little honey
that would answer the question mean bees =there eating more then they bring in
as far as the swarming when bees sit around not working they tend to look for better forage.
I been a commercial queen rearing for 48 yrs and this yr takes the cake .
as for honey flow I always feed the bees with wintergreen as to ward off the mites
