Has the exact regulations for the state of Indiana. I can't see where there was a permit required unless you are transporting them into the state from out of state, or you are transporting "beekeeping elements contaning pests or pathogens".

"No limit to the number of hives".
"Periodic inspections are not required".
"No fee for apiary inspections".
